Terms of Use

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Radiant app and website. Radiant is made by Elisha Coad ("we", "us"). By using Radiant you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Radiant

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Radiant for your own scripture memory and to share verses with friends. If you downloaded Radiant from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Be kind

Radiant is a place to encourage each other. When you use friends, groups, notes and replies, you agree not to:

You can block anyone and report anything. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

What you share

Notes, replies, names and photos you add remain yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share them with, only as needed to run Radiant.

Bible text

Scripture text is provided by its publishers and remains their copyright. The ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®) is copyright © 2001 by Crossway, a publishing ministry of Good News Publishers, and is used by permission. Other translations are credited in the app. Radiant shows verses for your personal study.

Changes and availability

We're improving Radiant all the time, and features may change or be removed. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Radiant after a change means you accept it.

Ending

You can stop using Radiant and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect other people.

Disclaimers

Radiant is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we don't make warranties beyond those required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Radiant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Radiant in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
